Vine Networks Group Announces Major Corporate Restructure and Rebranding Effective 1 June 2026
Vine Networks Group today announced a significant corporate restructure and rebranding initiative, effective 1 June 2026, following a resolution passed by shareholders at a recent general meeting. The restructure reflects the company's rapid growth through network expansion, strategic acquisitions, and a comprehensive digital transformation program. The new corporate structure and branding have been designed to more accurately represent the group's evolving operations and strategic direction.
New Corporate Structure
As part of the restructure, the following name changes will take effect:
- Vine Networks Pty Ltd (ACN: 633 076 383) will become Diverse Network Group Pty Ltd
- Vine Wholesale Pty Ltd (ACN: 633 371 294) will become Ardent InfraCo Pty Ltd
- Vine Direct Pty Ltd (ACN: 633 249 868) will become WiFibre Pty Ltd
Diverse Network Group Pty Ltd (formerly Vine Networks) will serve as the parent holding company, retaining the Carrier Licence (Licence number 511), acting as the Intellectual Property holder, and functioning as the overarching holdings entity for the group.
Ardent InfraCo Pty Ltd (formerly Vine Wholesale) will expand into full wholesale operations, becoming the dedicated infrastructure building and asset maintenance arm of the group, and remains as the primary relationship holder with all vendors and suppliers.
WiFibre Pty Ltd (formerly Vine Direct) will continue operating as a Retail Service Provider (RSP) of Ardent InfraCo, with the new name better reflecting its focus on fibre and wireless broadband services.

The reorganisation is intended to eliminate marketplace confusion by clearly defining the distinct roles of each entity while strengthening the overall group identity. Future acquisitions will be integrated into the most appropriate entities to maintain clean operational and functional separations.
